Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days.
For U.S. orders, shipping is free on orders over $49. Orders of $49 or less have a $7.99 shipping charge.
Returns & refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Dimohe purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags intact where applicable.
To start a return, contact support@dimohe.com within the 10-day return window.
A $7.99 restocking and return processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
